A day of judgment

The High Court judges will tomorrow hand down their judgment in my case for the details of MPs’ second homes allowances. I know the result already but must keep quiet until publication. Yes, I know, another silliness of the English legal system, but that’s how it is.
The judgment will be handed down Friday 15 May 2008 at 9.15 at the Royal Courts of Justice on the Strand, London.
Stay tuned for more action tomorrow.

Whilst I respect and applaude what you have done, you need to appreciate that the same silly English legal system that you speak off has actually made the correct judgement in your favour.
You are by no means the spokesperson for the High Court so it makes perfect sense that they ask you to refrain from speaking about their judgement if only for the simple reason that you may not adequately explain any fine detail that High Court may deem is necessary for a full understanding of the reasoning behind their judgement.
Still congratulations.
